At Wild Beads, we've done our best to create a web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you do not find an answer to your question here, contact us at email@example.com or call 817-652-3232.
What if I purchased the wrong color/size/type of bead for my project, may I return it?
We will be happy to exchange any unused/unopened item within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please keep in mind that books, patterns and tools are not eligible for exchange.
What if I can't find what I want on our website?
Currently not all items available in the store are available on-line. If you cannot find what you are wanting on-line please call us. We will be happy to pull together the requested items and mail them to you. Most of the time, if we have the items in stock, orders will be mailed out the same day or no later than the following day.
What is your class registration/cancellation procedure?
Please call us to reserve your seat in class. A deposit of at least 1/2 down is required at the time of registration. If a student has to cancel their reservation a store credit will be issued if the cancellation is 24 hours or more before class. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before class or if the student is a “no show” the deposit will be forfeited.
Can I teach classes at Wild Beads?
Please call us to discuss what your desires are and what classes you have available to teach. We will also require you to bring in samples of the items you would like to teach.
Do you have space where I may come and bead if I want to?
Yes. We have two areas of tables, chairs and lights available. Anyone is welcome to come bead at any time.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do not sell “wholesale” but we do sell for “resale”. Customers with a valid Sales Tax Identification Certificate on file with us will not be charged tax on their purchases made for resale purposes.
Resale customers may also receive a discount depending on the volume purchased. The following discounts apply per transaction: $100-$199 - 10%, $200-$299 - 15%, $300 - up - 20%. This discount only applies on items purchased for resale; i.e. books, tools, etc. are not eligible for the discount.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes. We will assist you in picking out all the components needed to make your desired jewelry piece and will be happy assemble it for you. Prices for making custom jewelry vary by the complexity of the desired piece and turnaround time will vary also.
Do you do jewelry repairs?
In most cases we should be able to make necessary repairs. Please bring your piece(s) that need repaired to the store so that we may assess what needs to be done. An estimate on the cost will be given at the time that we assess your piece(s). We do not make repairs to fine jewelry and we are not able to size rings.
Do you allow pets in your store?
Yes, we are a pet friendly establishment and we even have water bowls and dog treats.
